and grows cultural vitality through artistic expression.

Built by artists, for artists, we use a unique model of collective programming, relying on the expertise of our diverse communities. Inspiring global cultural exchange, finding and fostering the next generation of artists, and creating sustainable change in Portland and beyond through the power of cinema.

The festival begins with a survey of under-seen international cinema on Portland’s West Side beginning with our Opening Night at Cinema 21. Mid-week, the festival pans to Portland’s East Side to launch the Northwest Filmmakers’ showcase at the Hollywood Theatre.

Our diverse programmers will ensure pointedly diverse films, music, workshops, panels
and a full schedule of entertaining and informative events.

Portland Panorama is deeply committed to accessibility and is proactively taking steps to create accessible and inclusive experiences for our community. This includes sharing clear and transparent information related to our venues, films and events. Through these efforts, we aim to ensure that all festival-goers can safely and easily engage with our programming and contribute to the vibrant cultural exchange that defines Portland Panorama.
